Shannon Beador’s Return to ‘Real Housewives Orange County’

Shannon has returned to the filming of the series’ 18th season, three months after her DUI arrest. The news has been shared by Shannon, as she posted a picture on instagram of herself and her daughters Stella, Adeline and Sophie along RHOC crew.

A source told People that while filming Season 18 of the reality series officially begins next week, the camera crew wanted to catch a glimpse of Beador at home with her kids before they head back to school.

Beador’s reps declined to comment. Beador’s return to the series comes after she crashed into the side of a home in Newport Beach, Calif., leaving behind a trail of debris on Sept. 16, as per PageSix

“Shannon pleaded no contest/nolo contendere this morning to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving when she had a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above. The Orange County District Attorney’s Office argued that Shannon should be sentenced to jail and be convicted of DUI and a hit-and-run.

But after receiving legal arguments from both sides, the judge denied the prosecutor’s request and dismissed the hit-and-run,” the statement began. The reality star had a .24 blood alcohol level, which is three times the legal limit, law enforcement officials told TMZ.

The Newport Beach Police Department previously confirmed to PEOPLE that Beador was “arrested at 1:17 a.m. on Sept. 17 after fleeing the scene from a collision that caused property damage.” The reality star was booked on two misdemeanors — hit and run and DUI alcohol — and released on a citation, per NBPD.

“She is extremely apologetic and remorseful,” Fell stated at the time. “We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”

Thus, Shannon realized her mistakes and took full responsibility of it, on that grounds, she was accepted back at the shoot of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
